The Villas on the Green at Woodgate have been awarded the Silver prize in the Best House category at the prestigious What House? Awards 2022, its second national award this year.

Known as the Oscars of the housebuilding industry, the What House? Awards celebrate the best new homes across the UK.

BEST HOUSE SILVER AWARD

In the competitive Best House category, Thakeham took the Silver trophy for delivering a high-quality family home of exceptional standard. The judges said, “The second floor is the real showstopper; a contemporary, spacious open-plan kitchen/family living area, flooded with natural light thanks to the wonderfully high vaulted ceiling above.”
